They work hard to offer the best for every patient.
Incompetent office administration that CONTINUALLY fails to update my patient information. And then the doctors use that incorrect information during an office visit, which results in time wasted making corrections that shouldn't have to be made. Then they sent me an "intake" form as an incorrect PDF that couldn't be edited or corrected. An office that is this chronically error-prone is not one I really trust with my internal organs. My daughter had been suffering with chronic diarrhea for over 6 months when we first started coming to this practice. We had high hopes from the first appt with Dr Schmidt but have been handed off to someone else for every appt since. We have paid a fortune for medications that don't work. She is suffering with severe pain every day and just keeps getting told to take Tylenol or use Prep H. We have absolutely no resolution to her problems and no action plan to reach one. Dr. Benjamin Schmidt has made concerning posts online complaining that performing a procedure pays him the same regardless of the severity of a patient's ailment, as well as saying he deserves to be paid more to treat someone with more health issues. I would highly advise you take this into consideration before visiting someone so willing to disregard the humanity of their patients, preferring to view them merely as a commodity to swiftly move in and out of the office to maximize his pay.
Doctor is great and responsive to concerns. Scheduling is pretty good. The office is a mess. They will contradict each other. Edit: with more experience there, the np is also good. Edit: Over the last year, the office has greatly improved.
