I’m here on the very last day of business at the Hampton location. It’s been 16 years to the day since I joined. That was one of the best decisions of my life. I credit SLFC with helping me get control of my diabetes, and overall I’ve lost almost 60 pounds. This place honestly may have saved my life. It’s been a fantastic experience. I met a lot of amazing people here who I’ll never forget, both staff and members. With sadness, I say goodbye.
I'm here for a 6 week challenge (to start) and all the staff is nice, the facilities are clean, and I like my trainer and nutrition coach.
I’m so happy I found this gym! Everyone is so nice and welcoming at the STL location (MOV in the Lou). Gloria made me feel right at home as soon as I walked in for my tour, so I joined right there on the spot :) I’ve been a member for a few months now, and have not regretted that decision once. The gym has all the equipment you need, the bathrooms/showers are clean, and the 24-hour access is incredible. EXCEPTIONALLY RUDE DESK PERSON. I got an invoice after having cancelled my account a year or so ago out of the blue and called to clear it up only to be handled by a person who’s customer service was atrocious and aggressive. Don’t give your personal information to these scammers
