I am sure this company does exceptional work but they are obviously geared toward high-dollar commercial repair work. Last year, took my son’s Cub Cadet riding mower in for service. It had been sitting a while and would not start. They charged $75 to look at it and came back with an estimate around $900 to get it running. Then this past week I took my Ariens lawn tractor, which was running fine, in for a Winter tune up and they red-lined the tractor due to a gasket leak that they said was “a potential fire hazard”. The Man Michael Graham was extremely rude even when I thanked him. In my opinion Very erratic behavior potentially violent. Western auto in Ofallon prices are much more reasonable and they were extremely helpful. Do yourself a favor go somewhere else
New to scag and this store. The lady was very rude . But all Them men has been very professional, respectful, and helpful.
