Dr. Puglianao was phenomenal, kind, compassionate, and listens patiently with my ENT issues which are severe. They are now better thanks to Dr. Pugliano !
I have been at the kirkwood location twice and had 2 bad experience with scheduling. 1st failed to tell me doctor was not available. My appt was cancelled 2nd my appt was delayed for a hour due to no one available to see me. I drive 30 minutes and 78 . My time is valuable.
my experience with the audiologist was fantastic. she was very thorough and took time to explain details of my result. however, my experience with the ENT was not good. I was with him for less than 15 minutes, and which point he prescribed medicine that I expressed my concern with side affects. then, he had his assistant give me a pamphlet on my other ailment vs. learning more about my situation and giving me his specific insight. I did not feel that I received even mediocre medical care.
