Audiologist (Kate) was very rushed and never offered me any other hearing aids other than Widex. She opened a pamphlet and wrote $4,700. I kept trying to put them in and was only able to put in one of them - she came over and put the that one in. The Widex maintenance fee was $2,000, or $150 each visit. The office staff and Kate brown were extremely professional and nice. However Dr.Brandsted came off to me very arrogant and not humble. She talked to me like I was stupid. She walked into the office didn’t even knock she mumbled her name to where I had to ask what she said. Then she was treating like I was stupid for not knowing to wear hearing protection while riding motorcycles. I am very smart and have a college degree. I told her I just never thought about wearing hearing protection while riding motorcycles. I grew up do... read more
