my experience with the audiologist was fantastic. she was very thorough and took time to explain details of my result. however, my experience with the ENT was not good. I was with him for less than 15 minutes, and which point he prescribed medicine that I expressed my concern with side affects. then, he had his assistant give me a pamphlet on my other ailment vs. learning more about my situation and giving me his specific insight. I did not feel that I received even mediocre medical care.
Dr. Pugliano is amazing! He’s very personable and caring. I can’t recommend him enough.
This office appears to have no shortage of patients, which may be great for business, but unfortunately the volume seems to come at the expense of communication, accountability, and basic patient follow-through. Since February, I have experienced delays, poor communication, and a complete lack of service recovery. Messages to the nurse coordinator routinely went unanswered. What a terrible experience. When making initial appointment, I asked if my copay would be the only charge and was told yes. Upon arrival, the receptionist confirmed that any other charges would be discussed prior to being done. I came in with jaw and sinus pressure, and was given a $285 hearing test! I am a DOT driver and I had just gotten my hearing tested. That’s not what I came in for at all. Then the doctor saw me for all but 5 minutes and sent me to a physical therapist.
