this office has provided the worst experience that I've ever dealt with looking for help with my ears. I came in for an appointment. Dr. Pugliano barely would listen to any of my concerns now my CT results have been in for two days and they have failed to call me and let me know when I call. Nobody responds to me. This was a referral from a coworker at BJC and when I say, I will never refer or tell anybody, this is a good place to go.Terrible and Eachel the office managwr could care less

Kate my audiologist saved me $2500 when she told me that my insurance would pay that much. That was news to me so she ended up saving me $2500 of the total cost. It did take 6 months to get the money, but I appreciate her knowledge of the facts.

I scheduled my appointment on Monday 2/2. I was given 2 appointment times. 11:00 for myself where I’d see an audiologist and then 11:15 my husband would have an appointment. We arrived and check in took a long time with the front desk and then we each completed paperwork via iPad. By the time I was called back, it was around 11:10. I was done with the audiologist by 11:25 and was told to wait in the waiting room, again. I waited and my husband came out of his appointment around 12:45. Dr. Pugliano and all the staff at Sound Health are so wonderful. As soon as or walk in you are greeted with a warm smile and a kind and welcoming Hello. Dr. Pugliano was the surgeon who took care of me and he was very kind but I wanted to say that his Surgery Coordinator Theresa Sherfy was amazing She was with me every step of the way and made me feel so at ease. She made sure to answer anything questions or concerns I had and never made me feel like I was silly for asking questions. Thanks to all of you.
