The office staff were so kind, prior to the surgery, calming my daughters fears and answering questions. My only thought about this was maybe a sheet that could be printed out exposing what to expect. The doctor was so kind when we were there and talked to her about what he would do. The surgery was quick and recovery was easy. I highly recommend these services
Sorry I can only give 5 stars! Dr. Kincade was really great! After the procedure I went home not feeling my best and worried about what to expect when the numbness wore off... NO problem at all. The bleeding stopped and I'm doing fine. For someone who (like me) is generally terrified of the dentist, it was a "piece of cake" Wonderful!
Dr. Brent Kincaid removes the fear of oral surgery. I had a crown removed that had developed an abscess at the root. Dr. Kincaid was very patient with me and took care to explain every phase from review of the X-ray to the extraction and recovery and needless to say he calmed my anxiousness. His assistant was also very supportive and compassionate. I must admit this was the most receptive and pleasant office that I have ever visited. Today I had my wisdom teeth removed at age 55 with Dr. Kincaid and I cannot say enough about what a great experience I had. He is so kind and very thorough in his explanation and discussion about what is going on and what the options are. He was just so informative and nice and warm and he made a not so great procedure as good as it could possibly be. I have already referred a friend today. Great Doctor and nice office staff.
Beyond professional, very kind and go above and beyond to make you comfortable and ease any anxiety. I went in a mess and wreck and they did just amazing at comforting me and presenting me with all my options. Would recommend to anyone
