The ladies who answer the phone who are supposed to help you are very rude. She talked over me on the phone and also mocked me. Told me I could call everyday if I needed to to get any answers.. Very unprofessional and need to learn how to speak to grieving people.

Agree with person below who said they would rate a zero stars if they could. Completely incompetent. I called on a Monday with a time-sensitive issue. They didn’t call me back, so I called Wednesday morning. The person I spoke to immediately had an attitude and actually asked me to call back and speak with the person I spoke to on Monday and ask them why they didn’t relay my message. Possibly the stupidest thing anyone has ever suggested to me.

Would not tell me where my family members body was; says they do not give out the address of the morgue. Insinuated I would steal his body. Wild employees. Anyway 6039 Helen overflow and 6059 north Hanley, plus other area funeral homes due to overflow, is where they keep them. And in a cooled trailer outside 6059, is where they keep them. Idk why this would be non public info but it took about 120 seconds to deduce through publicly available sources. I hate this city.

if i could give 0 stars i would. my aunt passed away & when they came to pick up her body from her home, two ladies came in bumping rap music at 6:00 am. they turned into our neighborhood & we could hear the base of the music, vibrating their mini van, yes, a mini van, & rap music just blaring. then they decided to sit in their car for a good ten minutes, continuing to blare their music that entire time, while myself & my family are right outside their car crying as we just lost a loved one. they get the stretcher out of the... read more
