Worst staff ever unprofessional and always has an attitude. I went right above the supervisor because the caseworkers that work under her are a reflection of her distasteful attitude I know exactly who to call any time I have an issue she solves it. Y’all need to treat people with respect to get it back.
The Inspector was nice. But it never fails. Leave it up to the government and their programs, and the powers that be to degrade you. There is no way they pull up to your house now. In a county housing vehicle, so all your neighbors know your business. I think it's a way to embarrass and humiliate you in your neighborhood. They are all working together. Contacting a supervisor is not worth it because they all in it together. The supervisor will always be on the workers side. I hate this place. I wish I wasn’t disabled. I would never deal with the people in this place. They don’t treat you like a human being.
Every waiting list is closed as always, yet they still never answer the phones. I assume they go through the voicemails and delete messages just so the box isnt full. The people working in these places, make the process a burden on the clients and landlords. Most of them have been working/taking up space for 10 plus years so you would expect the office would run smoothly; Yeah right!
