Woman at the front desk is very rude I’m calling for an appointment & she keeps hanging up the phone with an attitude .
FYI: unlike what the website says they start registration about a half hour before each session (7:45 am, 12 pm) and if you aren’t in the first 10-15 people of registration you will not be seen. Plan to line up early for either session if you want to be seen that day.
Staff is mostly kind and fairly understanding, but it has been a two and a half hour endeavor to just get my TB test interpreted. Still waiting. I acknowledge that this is more than likely a staffing issue, and I would ask the state and county to do a better job regarding the medical care of their people and to nurture an environment where everyone can efficiently work. We all have jobs and lives we need to get back to :/.
Waited over a hour for a TB test due to employee confusion. No apology. Not a good experience
