Buyer Beware - If they make a mistake on your order they do not make it right. I sent in 36 shirts on the Sanmar free freight program and had specified 33 of them to be decorated. All 36 shirts came to me decorated and I was told "It's the risk you take"- I asked "When you make a mistake on an order you do not make good on it" and the reply was " No, we don't." I have used them for several orders and am normally very pleased with the embroidery they do, but I won't do business with a company that doesn't stand their mistakes... read more
I can’t say enough good things about St Louis Contract Embroidery! The quality of work is exceptional and Josh & Luke are always very fast and efficient with proofs and confirmations. Also, to say that they will always go out of their way to accommodate rush and special orders is an understatement. I have worked with several contract embroidery companies over the past decade and have never received this level of quality and service.
