This is a poorly run company with shoddy management. I have ordered custom made products from them for the past four years and each year their service and quality of product declines. They quote a price when the order is placed but bill you at 50%, or more when delivered. They brag they prefer to deliver bulk in a dump truck, however, the product is riddle with rock. We had 5 cubic yards delivered on March 19th that was supposed to be Premium Gold (OMRI certified organic black gold). By these standards, the particles should be screened to 3/8" - 1" and the compost should not contain foreign materials. I have used STL Composting products twice and both times i have found small pieces of plastic, glass, painted wood, wires in the compost. When I contacted STL composting they did not reply. I do not recommend their products.

RecommendedVery pleased with St Louis Composting. Easy ordering process and delivery. Also, really impressed with how they are handling the distancing piece to all of this right now. Our driver was great and knowledgeable. I trusted him completely. He even honked the horn at our kid’s request. Highly recommend this company. Oh yeah! And the dirt is GORGEOUS!

Convenient location. Road in easily accessible and there was plenty of space for me to park. We had to pay and pick up the other half of the load at a later time and it we got it at that right time.
