It’s lousy you send emails in which subscribers must login to read articles. A SBJ Rep told me it’s because the same email goes to subscribers and non-subscribers. If you have any regard for, or value, your paying subscribers, you figure out a way to send two separate emails, inconveniencing someone on your staff a tiny bit instead of inconveniencing all of your subscribers. Just a paying customer’s point of view!

You publish top performing business lists for different categories but don't include all businesses or sales teams because you didn't sell advertising to them! So if you don't sell advertising then your don't report. So you are not journalists or a business journal but a marketing company! To the public... Don't waste your time or money! Their info is not legit nor verified!

I pay for your online version and have such difficulty reading it due to all the pop ups and adds. It’s ridiculous how long it takes for an article to load, if it does at all!!! Very very very disappointed!
