On 6/30/25– I ordered a yogurt parfait. There wasn’t a divider between the granola and yogurt, therefore granola was very soggy. I went back the next day to voice my complaint. Sylvia was at front desk. I explained to her what happened. Sylvia was very pleasant, and without an attitude, while I explained my issue. Sylvia didn’t miss a beat. Good customer service from the employees. My chicken sandwich had chicken cartilage in it 👎🏾. That’s a first from any Panera bread . Hence the 3 stars. Not a fan of the area, and it’s carry-out only.
Women working the front 5/19 had amazing customer service and were very helpful. Kudos
