I did a catering order here and the order was PERFECT! Sandwiches were wrapped well, the salads looked great, overall everything was presented well and tasted great. It was ready at the time I set to pick it up, and the employees were very kind! I’m very pleased!
This place is getting worse and worse. First, they took away the eat in dining. There is no sign anywhere that says carry-out only so people still walk in looking for where to sit. And now they aren't open on weekends and they close every day at 2. But don't go there after 1:30 because if you do nothing will be available - the staff will have already started putting everything away and will look at you like you're crazy even though you got there before closing. Horrible service
Ordered here through doordash and I’ve never had worse quality food from Panera. Items missing and my bagel was completely raw and underbaked still! I’m assuming they’re par baked and finished in store, but really disappointing.
