Please tell your employees to stop smoking on the bench labeled non smoking. The customers don’t want to breathe your cigarette smoke, nor do the employees at great clips. Make them a place to smoke behind the building. I have a picture, but your site won’t let me post it. We’ve asked your employee nicely several times to not smoke on the side of the building and she is persistent in doing so. I’ve been frequenting this Panera location for at least 5-7 years and I have never had a negative experience. Their staff are always well-trained, proficient in menu details and changes, and superior in customer service. Unlike most restaurants, this Panera location has the least amount of turnover I’ve experienced, and I’ve known many of the current employees for 5+ years.
