A nice place with good food and atmosphere.
Big shoutout to Raniya, the manager in the evening. I came in for the bakers dozen deal for bagels and for the fourth week in a row the order I placed was not fulfilled, even though they said there were enough bagels in stock (hence the 4 stars). As you can imagine, this has grown increasingly frustrating. Raniya took the time to explain to me the issue and provided a quick solution. Greatly appreciate her kindness and understanding!
I don't fault the hard-working employees here one bit. This location is incompetence run amok on a near daily-basis, and shame on the management/corporate people in charge of running this place for constantly putting the employees here in positions of having to cover up for the mistakes and incompetence of upper management that these employees wrongfully get the blame for. This is not how you run a business.
