Alondra was AMAZING and went above and beyond any experience I've ever had at any Panera. And I visit Paneras at least 15 times a month. She clearly loves her job.
I ordered avo spread toast.. usually good .I got dry toast with half an avo chopped on it..no seasoning..nothing .utter garbage .no straw for the smoothie that cost almost 8 bucks got about 8 oz...never ever again!!!!!
