They play great music! Makes me happy to hear good music being playing out in public!
Incompetent, wouldn't expect my $50 gift card. Guy was rude and unprofessional. Had to go online and have them send a digital one. (Still have it). However, was treated like . 5 of us and really embarrassing.
The Telegraph location are always friendly and have fresh and ready bagels and breads ! Other locations never have bread available when they open. However, this location always does.
Drastic change in two years. Arrived at 8am on Sunday, five workers and four people in line. Plenty of pastries and bagels, but two coffees were out. Ordered a latte which took a length of time to get. Worker taking orders, extremely agitated as well as another. Most of the tables, chairs and booths were dirty with crumbs and leftover food. I’m not sure when the last sweeping and mopping of the floors took place, looks like months. Furniture and walls need a a good cleaning and serious replacement or repairs.
