They never toast all of my bagels, when I ask. Multiple times now, i've received half of my order untoasted, do better.
This is ridiculous I've called them 2 days straight because of wilted lettuce and rotten avocados in my salads and THEY DIDN'T ANSWER!!! I don't like giving bad reviews but this is ridiculous. If they finally answer and resolve the issue I will update this. But as of now it doesn't matter what time you call busy or not busy time according to the recording, they don't answer.
I gave it the extra star because I didn’t eat. Maybe the food is good, I wouldn’t know. I used to go here all the time but when it became as expensive as the sit down table waited restaurants I stopped going. I walked in here today because I needed a meal and it was the only thing around. I walked in and there is no one around anywhere.
