Decent enough location but always a tad too busy to get much work done in the middle of the day. I suppose that is great for the company but a bit of a pain if you can't find a spot with an outlet or get knocked off their WiFi continuously. Also, their layout is a bit cramped and you often find yourself climbing over other people to get a drink refill, throw away your stuff or try to grab your bag and leave. We went for coffee & bagels this morning, I wanted hazelnut & container was empty. My husband wanted light roast, it was empty. It took about 15 minutes for coffee to be brewed. They should have coffee always ready for customers without having to wait. It was a rainy, damp day & restaurant had air conditioning blasting, so I asked for fireplace to be turned on & they said it's not working & hasn't been for over a year! Manager was rude & acted like he didn't care.
They doesn’t care about the pick up deliveries. My promise time was 7:35pm and they took nearly 25 min to give me my order . Store wasn’t busy at all and the staff is chitchatting and laughing in the kitchen . Worst experience . I don’t wanna visit this particular store
The fact that they don't see a problem serving food looking like this is extremely concerning. This is supposed to be their corn chowder, by the way. They clearly messed up cooking this but they should never serve this to a customer. They should have a lot more pride in their service.
