I’m a regular customer here and usually have great experiences, but this visit was very disappointing. I completely understand it was a busy night and that there were no seats available — that was not the issue. The problem was the approach and the way we were spoken to. Alexis was not welcoming and actually raised her voice at me at the front, loud enough that the table near the door looked over. It felt aggressive and unnecessary. Terrible Will never go back again. They closed and shut the tv off in the middle of game 3 of the World Series…
Every details was so good. The food was perfect. No annoying loud music or TV. the inside temperature was good, not too cold as some restaurants do. The serving lady was so nice. I love this place.
