I don’t know what happened here, but this location is absolutely nothing like any other St. Louis Bar and Grill I’ve been to. If you’re expecting the same experience you’ve had at other locations, turn around and save yourself the disappointment. This place is a straight-up dive bar — and not the charming, quirky kind. Very clean place and excellent food and excellent price! I hope this restaurant stays in Pickering for a long time!
Honestly the customer service here is horrible. I called about 10x to make an order for pick up and no one answered. I then had to make it online, nd when I came in to pick it up no one greeted me at the door. I stood there for three minutes and since no one came I went to the bar. Still was ignored for another 2 mins until a lady came asking if I needed help. Shouldn't there be someone to greet someone at the door right away? It's just so annoying when the simplest order becomes an annoying hassle to do.
excellent place for some great wings and poutine. people are very nice and the place is very clean! look for a good dinner gotta try st louis! fantastic!
