Food is always good but this time I was very disappointed. We had no cutlery and ate with our hands until we got up and asked staff. We ordered drinks and planned on having a nice evening out. We got 1 round and it took about 15mins to get it and we decided to leave. We asked for a glass of water twice and still did not get it even as we paid the bill. Our drink was filled to the brim with ice which was very unnecessary. This was very a disappointing night out. Nov/8/25
Great place, tasty food, friendly service.
Weekly customers since the day this place opened. Very loyal. Brought many friends and family. Recent experience and especially food were disappointing and disgusting. Quite often wings and fries are cold. You ask to replace - it’s cold again. Fries is no longer as it used to be. It’s very oily, greasy. Wings are super salty too. Great food (deserts are so yummy), beers (Love Whitewater Farmers Daughter) on tap, great service and wonderful atmosphere to watch any game (lucky enough to watch Jays ALCS game 7).
