The tenders were a total disappointment, I would say unacceptable. This tiny tender measured 8-9cm! Never have I seen such small tenders
I visited St. Louis Bar and Grill today and want to share an unfortunate experience I saw during my visit. We were seated promptly, which was good, but behind me sat a family with a young child and a stroller. The stroller was placed in the hallway, but there was still enough room to walk through freely. Later, a staff member (Lisa who is a new manager) approached the family and demanded they move the stroller, calling it a “fire hazard.” (Which is understandable!) During my visit today, I saw a new manager (staff member said her name is Lisa) treat a family with a stroller very rudely. She demanded they move the stroller, calling it a “fire hazard,” without any polite request or help. Despite the family trying to comply, she kept pressuring them, which made them leave. This kind of attitude hurts the customer experience and will drive people away. Please address this issue WITH MANAGER LISA because this is unacceptable. If it was a person in a wheelchair? This location has got to be the worst location of the entire franchise. Service is average or below, the wings somehow taste different than other locations, glasses of water taste like detergent like they have not even been rinsed, and worst is that it doesn't even seem like they wash the beer pints - we have been to this location three times now as a group and every single time ALL of our pints have had lipstick or lip marks around the rim - we will not be going back to this location as hygiene appears to be an issue.
Shivan was a great server! I definitely enjoyed our dinner 🥹
