Great meal and great service!
We used to catch up there on Tuesdays but every time although there are lots of free tables,they say that you have to tell your phone to be written and wait till we call you ,once I asked them that there are many free tables and they said they are reserved by the customers we called them !!! Today I called them for reservations and they said we don’t reserve (I knew that) and we’re busy,you may need to wait 2 hours!!!
I have been a loyal St. Louis customer for many years, especially at the Eglinton location, and I am truly shocked at how this branch is damaging the St. Louis name after so many years of great reputation as one of Toronto’s go-to spots for good food. The service here has become absolutely unacceptable — staff are inattentive and show no respect for customers, the food quality is poor, and to make things worse, they even got my order wrong.
