Went to St. Louis Bar & Grill to catch the Blue Jays game and had an awesome time! The place had a fun Halloween vibe - super cute decorations everywhere. There was a family with twin girls, and the staff were so kind letting the kids play around with the decor. Our server was really friendly and polite, made us feel welcome right away. Me and my friend stayed for the whole game and honestly, it was the vibe + the Jays’ performance that made the night perfect. Great spot to chill, watch the game, and enjoy good company.
Came here with 11 friends to watch the Jays game. My brother waited nearly an hour for his burger while everyone else got their meals. The manager was dismissive and rude when we brought it up, saying, “Do you think we give things for free here?” Completely unprofessional. The server later made a sarcastic comment about “you fought over $2 off,” which was unnecessary and disrespectful. Terrible customer service from both staff and management. Won’t be coming back, and I’ll be letting others know to avoid this place.
Came to this location with 11 of my friends to watch the Jays game. We all ordered food and drinks, and one of my friend ordered a burger around 9:00pm and all 10 of us had received our meal except for the one person who ordered the burger.
