Not sure why or how my original review was taken down. The owner asked me to reach out, and I did, but they never responded. I’m reposting my experience. The employees are fantastic and work hard despite being constantly understaffed. Unfortunately, the owner needs serious improvement. He speaks to staff inappropriately and often yells at them, which is a very bad look for the franchise. The food isn’t the best and pink chicken is unacceptable. Management training would go a long way here.
Could be good if it wasn’t run so horribly. Understaffed & the “owner” is a joke. Yelled at a staff member in front of me. Would never recommend. The table next to me got undercooked chicken too.
The angus burgers are absolutely delicious. The best I’ve ever had. The patties are large and delicious and the buns are fresh and moist. 5/5.
