A nice place located in the Promenade mall. I ordered coins and curds, and a lettuce-wrapped drippin chicken, along with 2 drinks. One of the drinks tasted like ethanol and was missing the simple syrup (an old fashioned). The other was a double Cesar and it was VEERRRRYYYYY tasty. It was the second best thing about tonight. We went there with our 8-month-old baby and entered through the mall, since our home is nearby. After 9 p.m., once we finished eating, a staff member told us they could not open the door back to the mall. We were forced to go outside in -28°C weather without proper winter clothing, including for our baby. We explained the situation and begged the manager for help, but they refused to assist us. This was extremely dangerous, careless, and completely unacceptable.
My experience at St. Louis Bar & Grill was extremely disappointing. Orders take a very long time to arrive, and on top of that, you constantly have to remind the staff for basic things. I had to repeatedly ask for water, then remind them to bring my salad, and even ask multiple times for cutlery. Nothing comes without following up several times. Farran is the best waitress we have had at St Louis. She is a keeper! Honestly the best one we have had at the promenade. It would be great to have a veggie burger option too!
