When first walked in there was no one there to welcome us. We were told to pick a seat by some random person that was there as a customer. As well there was only two people working. After sitting down then took a bit to get service, after getting the drinks the ice tea was watered down after waiting for what seemed like forever they brought the mains before the starters which what’s the hole point in ordering starters if I don’t get them till you get your main meal. Went in for some wings after a long day and Regan was an outstanding server, was the most kind and efficient server I saw, the service given was the best I have experienced super friendly and anything I needed there was not a wait, Regan made this experience worth coming back.
Family of six got cleaned up and went out for wings and pub food. Ordered off their sticky menus avoiding the items that were scratched off with sharpie…… while waiting for our meals I couldn’t help but notice the amount of dust surrounding us on the top of the chair rails and half walls. I ordered online and instead of calling me letting me know that they were out of product. They changed my order. With out my consent I would steer clear from going to St. Louis in Orillia
I have a soft spot for Louis and their original, original wings. Goes back to living in Barrie and a phoenominal sever/bartender named Beth. She still there?
