Words cannot fully express our thanks to Dr. Nelson and the entire staff at SLVAH. We recently lost our sweet Vegas after 15-years and the team here made this difficult time more bearable. We would like to also give special mention to Chelsea for her years-long treatment of our "spicy" boy. The people here care deeply and we are forever grateful.
The best and worst days of my life happened here, with dignity and compassion. I can’t thank the staff enough for everything they’ve done over the past decade to help my fur babies! Euthanasia is never an easy decision, and they just made me feel heard. They were kind, and helpful, and thoughtful.
Kitty was scooting a lot.. They checked her out and gave us special wipes. 2 days later, no scooting and happy kitten !
The staff here are very kind, understanding, and compassionate. They’ve taken excellent care of my Labrador, and I appreciate how patient they’ve been with all of my questions about treatment and recovery. During an injury that required weekly cast changes, they were also very accommodating in finding appointment times that worked with my schedule—something my previous vets weren’t able to do.
