I have been a customer of St. Lawrence Pools for almost 25 years and in all that time, after hundreds of visits, I still remain truly impressed with the friendly, knowledgeable and professional service that every one of the staff deliver. We stopped in yesterday looking for some help with our tub that came with our newly purchased home. We spoke with Richard explaining we knew next to nothing about these things. He took his time with use, analyzed the water and explained to what needed to do and made sure we had all the proper products to keep out tubin good condition. Extremely pleased and would highly recommend him to anyone. They will be our go to for anything hot tub or bbq related.
Taylor is always very knowledgable and friendly when come for our free water testing. We appreciate her guidance with maintenance as we enjoy our new hot tub!
Called for service of our hot tub as it was leaking, Ryan and Josh came and were very professional and polite and found the leak and got everything fixed up fast.
