This location is great! I bought my hot tub here about 6 months ago and the support I've received since has been fantastic. I love my Hydropool! Delivery fell within the estimated time, they made it happen in December when there was lots of snow. Some of the chemicals that were supposed to be in the kit weren't there so they gave them to me no questions asked. They always walk me through things like water chemistry and how to drain/refill. We had a really great experience with St. Lawrence Pools. We were struggling with our pool opening and dealing with a leaking filter, and they were incredibly helpful and supportive the whole way through.
