I had an unpleasant experience with this notary. When I politely asked if there was any possibility of a discount or price adjustment, he responded by asking if I was poor. That is not an appropriate or respectful way to speak to a client. There are many professional ways to decline a negotiation or explain pricing without being rude or condescending.
