Yet again a 20 minute wait on the phone. I will visit in person tomorrow. I tried booking on-line for end of March - no appointments available. The Dr is great BUT the people employed (practice manager etc) are the worst.Watch me get kicked off their list. She has threatened this once before but my DR over rode her
-Update below as of 2026 01 12- This clinic lacks availability and the phones are often unanswered. You could call multiple times and if you wished to book for an appointment you are looking at 4-6 months away. There are some same day appointments but they are rare and few between specified dates. At this point, the ER is my GP for how often I have had to resort to going there for medical advice and help. I understand the ER is slow, but at least you can be seen. The off hours appointment calls has never been answered. Appointment scheduled 4-5 Months waiting time for checking up.
My nurse is awesome and l have a great doctor too
When calling can't get through. Waiting at times over,a hour.
