The receptionist was rude to me and said she would have a Manager call me back. Still waiting for a Manager to call me back. I asked her questions if the service has changed because I got charged for a missed appointment and got an email. No call from them just an email stating I owed them money. The secretary told me there are a lot of people dying to get in and I shouldn't be complaining. She justified bad service with people dying to get in with them. My experience with Dr. Heather McIntyre was one of the worst medical appointments I’ve ever had. She was unprofessional, dismissive, and showed absolutely no concern for my wellbeing. From the moment she called me in, she referred to me by the wrong name (“Steven” instead of Stephanie) and didn’t apologize. She then slammed the door behind me after bringing me into the room. another ridiculous amount of time (37 minutes) before someone answered the phone, these receptionists are incompetent, they should be fired and new ones brought in with stricter rules about answering phones within a reasonable amount of time. When you speak to the doctor about it, they are aware of the ongoing problem but nothing is done, This is not new, it has being going on for years. Why can’t they fix this issue????? Love these guys, Dr. Hillili is my GP and she's the kindest woman, she took me when no one else would. The secretary's and nurses are amazing and there were times I had emergencys with medication and they got ahold of my Doctor so fast and had it resolved and they are always super friendly, I wouldn't want to go anywhere else
