This is a very a good quality home builder, but there are many pitfalls We shopped around a lot for different builders and finally settled on St Lawerence for the location and the quality of the home. Their homes are very pricey, but the workmanship is awesome. They really build a good quality home and outdo many other well known names, such as Shea or Dr. Horton.
