I have never had a problem here seeing Dr. Tejera and now Andrea. They're both knowledgeable, friendly and patient. Just today, I saw Andrea about my Type 2 diabetes. While we did have to do insulin adjustments due to some related health problems, she was not condescending about it and I very much appreciate that. I know I'm overweight and have a lot of work to do to get even a tiny bit healthier.
The phones in this building, dont work more often than they do.
Every staff member, except a lab tech, I interacted with was rude. The doctor I saw was the most condescending and worst listener that I've ever seen a doctor be. Wasted my day. Should have never took the time off work.
One of the worst experiences I ever had with healthcare. Short version: Dr. Hasbeek attempted to schedule me for medically unnecessary surgery and someone in his office filed my worker's comp paperwork to the wrong employer. Long version: I had a referral that I didn't want to follow up on because my hand was healing well on its own. I explained this on the phone and at first the PA said okay, it was my decision. I have been very pleased with this facility over the years, but was recently told over the phone that I didn’t need a referral from my Dr to see their PA in orthopedics after completing physical therapy on my shoulder. I arrive for my appointment and am told I need a referral The receptionist laid it out to me what the procedure actually is for my particular insurance which I appreciate, but I wish that whoever I talked to when I made the appointment was as aware of those policies as her.
