So unfortunately I can’t use my other acct but I haven’t had the best experience here, for three years I haven’t been able to see and have severe eye pain not knowing the reason. First they gaslit me and told me my eyesare fine when I wouldn’t go there if they were fine . Dr. Leonard, in the two plus years that I've been his patient, has been exceptionally professional, thoughtful and supportive. The facilities at St. Lawrence Eyecare are faultlessly clean, and staff are always friendly, cheerful and helpful. I could not recommend him (& staff) more highly.
Would not recommend at all . I went to get a rust ring removed. All staff was great until Dr stevens walked in the room attempted to remove the rust told me to keep my eye open this being the first day I could even open it he made a couple attempts getting ruder evey attempt . So I said I'm trying man and he said it will eventually come out walked out of the room came back handed me eye drops and walked back out of the room all he did was irritate my eye and didn't even remove the rust so beyond disappointed in his unprofess... read more
Dr S. Stevens is so kind. Our son had an allergic reaction that caused his eye to swell shut. The emergency department at BGH contacted Dr Stevens to get information. 2 days later I received a call from Dr Steven’s checking in to see how our son was doing. He was so kind, caring, and informative. Said if anything took a turn over the weekend to give him a call and he would make something work.
