Really frustrated with St Lawrence equipment and the parts department. Needed some parts for my Kioti. Called, gave them the info on what I needed, model, serial, etc. Told me it’s end of month and we are doing paperwork and will get back to you. Nothing. Called 4-5 days later to follow up and then was told they couldn’t get into Kioti parts system but they’d get back to me. Called a week later and was told they were still working on it. Worked with Randy on purchasing a sub compact tractor. Easy to deal with had all the answers I needed and exactly the advice on accessories I was looking for. After a small wait for accessories and tractor to be put together I showed up to finish paperwork and take possession. Randy took my 5 year old son for the first ride in the new tractor.
