Helpful people, got me loaded and out of there
Really frustrated with St Lawrence equipment and the parts department. Needed some parts for my Kioti. Called, gave them the info on what I needed, model, serial, etc. Told me it’s end of month and we are doing paperwork and will get back to you. Nothing. Called 4-5 days later to follow up and then was told they couldn’t get into Kioti parts system but they’d get back to me. Called a week later and was told they were still working on it.
