I find my appointments run to long and are rhetoric in questions. I also have little control over my medication.

My family has had a recent interaction with the St Kilda road clinic, and I couldn’t speak more highly of the support provided by Elli. She was kind, empathetic, patient and was very good at communicating and keeping me updated. Thank you Elli.
I felt bullied and manipulated by the Peach Team I feel they didn't express genuine care or transparent communication and would twist my words to then claim they were honouring what i wanted. In 1 year not one call was placed to a support person or efforts to honor shared care, they did not contact my private Dr even once to discuss care. Compared to other hospital, the management lacks empathy and made me feel like just a number.
