I have had nothing but positive experiences at this clinic, Dr Ellen & Jonathan are exceptional practitioners. They always make sure to take a holistic approach and truly care about their patients!
Reception staff are empathetic and kind. The doctors are professional, knowledgeable and non-judgemental. Onsite melbourne pathology staff member is handy. I've been a regular at this clinic since 1993 and highly recommend it to other patients

The receptionists cop a bit of criticism here, but I have never had reason to complain, except once around 2016. In particular, Harry is always really helpful, almost like he instinctively knows what you want and does his best to satisfy you. He is professional, proactive and efficient, and he has worked at the clinic a long time. Let's make sure we keep him there! (Unless he gets a better job because patients pump him up too much)
I've been going to this clinic for a while now and seeing Dr Dai and more recently Dr Epstein as it's near impossible to get an appointment with Dr Dai in more recent times (yes I know she works 2 days a week, but it's not been an issue previously). I've tried to put in a couple of complaints about the absolute rudeness and care factor of the reception staff. Not being able to get an appointment on time has resulted in 2 hospital admissions so far. Due to not being able to get another one this week, I'll now need to go to ED... read more
