I've been going to this clinic for a while now and seeing Dr Dai and more recently Dr Epstein as it's near impossible to get an appointment with Dr Dai in more recent times (yes I know she works 2 days a week, but it's not been an issue previously). I've tried to put in a couple of complaints about the absolute rudeness and care factor of the reception staff. I really like the doctors here, and Dr Carr has been my regular GP for over ten years. He is brilliant. The other doctors are also excellent, when Dr Carr is not available. However, my only criticism, is that whenever I need to make an appointment with this clinic, I need to draw a deep breath before I ring. Every time. The reception staff are often brusque and rude. I was a patient at this clinic some years ago and received a very high standard of medical care. I called to make an appointment and was booked in with Dr. Janani Paramanantham for a 30 minute appointment as I hadn't been to the clinic for several years. I'm sure the clinic continues to provide a comprehensive and professional level of care to patients however, I did not receive that with Dr. Paramanantham. I’ve had very positive experiences with Dr. Carr and Dr. Epstein. I have a 6 month old baby they are very professional but also seem to genuinely care. Front desk staff are lovely and always do their best to fit us in. An overall refreshing experience in comparison to other clinics I’ve taken her to.
