The music was too loud. Talking over it was rough.
A group of seven came here for a 6 PM reservation. The front of the restaurant seemed to be filled with a bunch of teens for prom by the back of the house was housing. The regular patrons. The front of house was visibly understaffed when we walked in. We didn’t get to place a food order until 6:30 PM and I didn’t get a draft beer until 6:56 PM, nearly an hour after our reservation. Why do you have a business card for your events , coordinator journey if they are never there , keeping any type of office hours to look at the space or talk about rates? The person I called for the second time on the phone said she prefers email.I prefer to look at a space in person , so never mind

I've been working with their event coordinator, Journey, and she has been absolutely incredible to work with - professional, responsive, and so kind! Their team is extremely accommodating, even willing to come in early to accommodate our group's schedule before the restaurant officially opened for the day.
