Just moved in to the building from interstate and the experience could not have been more smooth. From applying for the apartment through to coordinating an inspection coinciding with a trip to Brisbane prior to moving and the move in process, the Aria team lead by Daniel on site went above and beyond to make the move feel seamless.
Moved in two days ago and can’t wipe the smile off my face. The whole moving in process was seamless with the help of Daniel (building manager) who is always ready to assist with a smile. Hands down the best apartment complex I have ever had the pleasure of living in..
I had a wonderful time living at St Julien. Daniel is incredibly kind and helpful - I couldn’t have asked for a better building manager! The building was always clean and well maintained with any issues addressed quickly. The only thing I would change is to make the pool heated. However, should I move back to Brisbane, St Julien will still be my first preference for living. Hopefully Daniel is still there too!

I recently moved within the St Julien building as the apartment i was in is being sold. Daniel, the building manager made everything so easy and straight forward for the move to the new one. He has been amazing!
