Dr Ali was very friendly and professional, explaining things to me so that I understood and knew what was expected and required. Everything was also bulk billed. Elly then looked after me, arranging for the machine rental. She was also very friendly, helpful and professional. She was gave me weekly updates on my results. I would like to compliment Wendy and her team. They are efficient, thorough, caring and delightful. Wendy made it so easy for me to be tested as I wasn't well enough to pick up the equipment, she came to my house and hooked me up and then collected the machine the next day, Secondly I would like to say how delighted I was to find out that I could get tested for sleep apnea locally (Bowral). I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and then was encourage to trial different equipment till I found one that was comfortable..... w... read more
I have had the most caring experience from Wendy and Emily helping me through my diagnosis with sleep apnea. They always explain carefully and ensure that everything is comfortable and are very good at patient care. Highly recommend.
