Horrible! As a pregnant woman I dont trust thier care i was in there 4 hours, waited in the room for almost an hr and still they wanted me to wait because they only had 1 ultrasound in the whole hospital, they told me I'dbe ther 8 hr. But I'm sure it would take less to take my insurance. I never heard a hospital especially one that has multiple locations and as big as it is only afford one ultrasound. Had to take my mom to ER. Danica and Kayla were phenomal nurses. Very helpful, kind and supportive. Thank you very much!! They deserve a raise!!
If I could leave no stars that would be my review. I brought my sister to the emergency room and they made me wait 30 minutes to find out what was wrong with her. Ambulance brought her in and they made me wait in the waiting room. In LA county, specifically at county general or at any Kaiser, I've never waited at all. Never mind 30 minutes. Not clear how they can call themselves an emergency room when they can't give you any emergency information. If anyone knows how to contact the board of directors, let me know.
Outpatient services are ok. Do not come to the ER !! Go somewhere else . I was the first one in the AM and still waiting. Plan for 10 plus hours out of your day to be seen .
Michael Collin, made me very uncomfortable in the emergency room. I would have appreciated a more professional approach, especially while being in severe pain.
