Worst experience ever! I went for a severe lower back pain that I couldn’t even move or do anything and then comes this PA “Andrew Luna” to just order some xrays… really?! Xrays? What a cheap PA who doesn’t care about the patient at all! What the Xrays will show? He should have ordered at least MRI to figure out what caused this horrible pain specially that there was no injury or anything but the pain was killing me and he even let me go and discharged me without figuring out anything and me cannot even walk on the wheelchai... read more
Spend 5 hours in ER for them to do pretty much nothing. Just to give me a shoe for my sprained foot that I thought was broken. All the employees just socializing not doing their job no wonder xray/ct scan results take 2 hours each time
Was experiencing a blood pressure emergency that kicked me out with hydroxyzine , was experiencing an alcohol detox episode they tried to give me a medication I never tried before explained I didn't want to take something I've never had before and would prefer xanax both times which I've had prescribed for anxiety which I suffered from both times, and withdrawl symptoms the second visit, just a waste of my time and unfortunate I canceled my psychiatry appointment.
Every single person in the ER was amazing. They were caring, quick, knew what they were doing and just plain kind. You typically don't get that kind of caring support in an ER. At least not in my experience.
All of these negative reviews & the 2.7 rating are making me pull out of st jude & look for drs in other places. Some of these reviews are horrendous & absolutely unacceptable AND PREVENTABLE. St. jude used to be really great, have used them for many years. But i've seen such a decline lately with st jude & their drs. Most of my drs have quit & ive been sent to new drs in the facility. I'm starting to see why they are quitting. I really hope st jude takes these reviews into account (which i know they wont), but they need to ... read more
