Being new to ELP, I googled a new oncologist for my 78yo father with stage 4 colon cancer. Let's say the staff are nice but some have no clue what they're doing, especially with a lot of 'students'. The office staff is very unprofessional. They run it as its their office and does not run sufficiently. Dr. Aboud himself is a great doctor.
This gotta be the worst place ever!!! Just to get them on the phone is a pain and let's not talk about professionalism - staff is awful just like his 3 hr wait time
