The 2nd floor front office staff is highly unprofessional, standing around giggling and laughing and carrying on like it is a high school locker room. I would expect much better from St Jude, to be honest. Considering this is a doctor's office, they might consider that someone could be getting upsetting news. Hopefully the people in charge read the reviews.
Saint Jude/Providence has become a joke. If you are pregnant or need any type of care that requires an ob/gyn go somewhere else. They do not care about you. I’m almost 9 months pregnant and I saw a doctor only twice, because they can not be bothered to schedule you proper appointments. They do not care about you or your baby. They give you zero information on how your baby is doing. It takes weeks just to get antibiotics. I never got any information on if my anatomy scan for my baby was good or bad. I want to acknowledge Adriana, one of the front office staff. I was having a hard time contacting someone that could refill a prescription for me since my Dr. had retired and my appointment with my new Dr. was a month and a half away. Adriana listened to my concerns and did everything in her power to get my prescription refilled within days of me running out. Let me start with, IF YOU'RE BEIING see by these doctors, go somewhere else and get 2nd opinion, especially Dr. Guevera-galan And Barbara Lied, Withheld information There are options to consider. Do not just get a hysterectomy just because this Dr. Barbara digbat, told you to. This daddy's little paid thru medical school, and she is NOT for you Best interest! Je$$ica lies alot and makes alot of mistakes in your behave.
OB/GYN front desk staff is very rude and condescending. Talking over me, and had unprofessional tone.
