I strongly advise anyone to avoid this office. The staff is incredibly rude, condescending, and completely unprofessional. Because of their negligence, my C-section recovery took longer than it should have. They also mishandled my disability paperwork multiple times, delaying it for weeks. When they finally submitted it, they entered the wrong recovery date, which caused the EDD to issue payments based on incorrect information. Dr. Hawkins is very thorough and informative. She was patient and addressed all the issues i brought up. She does not push a certain opinion and allows for informative decisions to be made.
Front desk was OK. Not a good experience so far. Doctor Sandhar was OK the first appointment, second one was ridiculous. She is incompetent and repeats her statements. No confidence whatsoever ever. Almost seemed like she was angry I decided to proceed with my surgery . She made me very uncomfortable I emailed her about my CT results and she responded 4 weeks later on the day I had an in person appointment for pre op. I saw Jeanette Petermann here. Terrible experience. I only came for a papsmear as I had already done comprehensive lab testing with my family doctor. I was young and she pushed me to do the same testing again and being naive I agreed. She gave me a test that I was not eligible for and tried to diagnose me with something without following the proper steps per the CDC.
