My mother’s Dr. mentioned that she was going to refer her to Palliative Care after a fall to help facilitate things on her road to recovery. April called us today and was so helpful and informative. She offered us an appointment the very next day… not months out like every other Dr. call has been. Just how much she was concerned and wanted to help ment a lot to me. I am excited about this appointment.
Called for an appointment and their system said I was next and on hold for over 45 minutes. Really? There should be enough people to take calls quicker. Had to disconnect to take care of other business. Never got through.
