This company has an amazing product. However, it's my experience that since the product sells well customer satisfaction unfortunately is a foregone conclusion. I have been trying to reach the sales department for the past 3 weeks to no avail. Equally the staff is all on voice mail whenever I call to follow-up on placing an order. There aren't any replies to emails either. The Receptionist though extremely polite is scripted to say that no one in the office is available to assist.
