I was really impressed with the help that I got from front desk people I think her name was Karen. This seems like a really nice place the people I did talk to were really kind and caring. It looked very clean wherever I went it always smelled very nice. And there seem to be a nice little open section at each floor where the elevator opened up at where people could relax and do puzzles.
