The facility is good but they take ages .. I had an appointment for 3pm for a wrist exam and 3.45 for cardio. They took me in for cardio at 3.30 which was done in 15 mins. From then, I waited until 4.30 .. my one month old baby was in the car with my husband and I kept requesting them to plz see that my xray be done early as it ws a 3pm appointment.. but they all seemed relaxed and cared a hang.. said that the guy will now start calling people… somewhere I felt that these ppl have no empathy… not sure if I will return.
I had a routine ultrasound performed at St. Joseph Radiology in Totowa in November 2025. The provider was in-network, and I have good union health insurance. Despite this, about a month later I received a bill for approximately $5,000. After contacting my insurance company, they also questioned the charge. Upon further review, we discovered that St. Joseph Radiology billed about 5.7 times more because I had insurance than the self-pay rate would have been for the same service. I had an appointment here this morning 7/23/24. The day started horrible as we live 2 hours & 15 minutes away. We left 30 minutes early just incase of traffic. Well, that wasn’t enough time. My appointment was at 9am. We arrived at 9:30am. Prior, to arrival, I called to inform them 1 hour & 30 minutes into our drive l, as the time kept going up to keep them appraised, and they said no problem.
