Beware of "Surprise Billing". This business billed my insurance for both an in-network facility fee AND an OUT OF NETWORK provider (who likely processed the sample). They did this mid Dec 2021, just a few weeks before the new no surprise billing law went into effect. I am posting this review so others can be on the lookout for similar billing issues in the future. This group is contracted with Advanced Radiology to process pathology samples.
