I usually wait at least 30-45 minutes to be seen after my scheduled appointment and have to leave an average of 2-4 messages before anyone returns my phone calls. Additionally, they've messed up my billing every time out of the last half dozen times I've visited. Finally switching providers--not sure why it took me this long!

I have never written a poor review, but my experience with this office has left me inspired. Everything seems to move at a snails pace, from the "take a number" when you walk in and have to sit down even if no one is waiting, to the average of 30+ wait time in the waiting room to the additonal 30+ wait you will do in the exam room. Those numbers are on the low side. I once waited for over two hours to see a doctor and they did not seem busy. Terrible. They never answer the phone. Getting refills on your prescription takes weeks. They only answer after leaving nasty messages. Save yourself the aggravation go elsewhere

Worst place ever. They can't keep track of your last visit. Never return phone calls. And you have to wait an hour before being seen, then sit in the room for an hour, just for a shot. Ridiculous. I'm changing dr. Offices. Worst experience ever with Them. And good luck seeing your doctor.p, all you see are the nurses, who don't know left from right. If I could rate them less than one i would.

Dr.Muvdi and his staff were wonderful on my first visit and continue to be there when I need them!
