Despite a wait, watching the staff/nurses/attendants, I was amazed at their patience, kindness, attention and working together as a well oiled machine/team. They were professional, polite and kept the crowds moving. When all you hear is negativity about our Canadian Health Care system, on this Thanksgiving Day, I give them all a 5 star rating and thank them for their service.

Horrendous waiting time of at least 4 hours no matter what time you come. Even victoria hospital emergency was faster. My 37 weeks pregnant wife was having severe nosebleeds and they did nasal packing after she waited for hours spitting and coughing up blood. The nasal packing failed after few hours then we came again to this center. Waited 4 hours again and the only solution dr had was to pack it again or pack both nostrils despite us telling them it did not work and told us to go to the victoria hospital emergency.
