Front Desk staff was wonderful The nurse was good. She was nice. I requested a strep test for my daughter because she has every symptom of strep they refused. It didn’t think she needed it. The doctor barely looked in her throat although my daughter couldn’t get any water or any food down for the last 24 hours. Doctor prescribe her amoxicillin says she has an ear infection told me to rotate Motrin and Tylenol every four hours . My daughter has been on the antibiotics for less than 12 hours. If I could rate zero zero I would! After a heart cath this happened. It was great they fixed the bleeding But to be left in soiled blood for 5 hrs isn't sanitary . And ya get these napkins to wipe with no toilet paper or wipes. I came here only due to the fact my cardiologist is only affiliated with Morton Plant.
Been to ER twice, admitted twice. 1 surgery with an overnight. Highly recommended. Everyone is compassionate, listens, has a great attitude, and is always willing to help. Took great care of me.
Emergency Room is horrible!!! Not enough qualified medical professionals on duty to CARE for those who go to the ER for immediate assistance. Waited about 5 hours to see the "Provider", Dr. John White. I told him why I was there, and his response was "So what do you want me to do?"!!! Really??? CNN Felicia didn't want to be bothered. Neither had any type of "bedside manners" to be in the medical field. This experience was CARE versus CARE"LESS".
This doctor, Svetlana O. Enman, denied my routine visit because it has not been a full 12 month, when I checked with my insurance they told me this is not correct,not their rule. She is rude, no interepersonal skills, and does not even make eye contact with you. She wants you in an out. In all honesty, it seems she only wants to do the minimum for a patient. I will not return to her.
My husband was brought in as a STEMI patient. We were so impressed with the care we received! The ER doctor was professional but completely approachable and knowledgeable. The nurses were friendly, thorough and efficient. The cath lab nurses were so kind even though they were called in in the middle of the night. The ICU nurses were unbelievable! I've worked with Brad Martin over the years and he is an excellent personal trainer who understands injuries, functional fitness and motivation. I highly recommend him!
The fitness center at Carillon is excellent. One of the things I particularly love about this gym that it is the perfect spot for all types of members. The work out area is great and has all the machines and free weights you could possibly want. If you don't know to use any of the equipment or you have a question about technique, there are trainers on the floor that will take the time to answer questions.
